Our Pricing

• We we bill in 1 minute increments for equipment repair and adjustment.
• To avoid delays in processing your equipment, Wescan will bill up to 30 minutes of repair/adjustment/excessive cleaning time on any piece of equipment without additional authorization – approval is requested for work expected to exceed this.
• Prices for routine calibration are from fixed pricing schedules. Base prices are for unaccredited certification without calibration data unless otherwise noted.
• Certification with calibration data and accredited calibration (with or without calibration data) is available at your prior request, generally at additional cost.
• Expedited work may be available without extra charge if it is scheduled in advance or if Wescan has available capacity and does not need to reschedule existing work. Emergency work will generally attract additional charges.
• Except as noted above we will obtain your authorization before extra charge work is performed.
• Quoted prices are in effect for 60 days.
• We base our quotes on the information provided by you and our best interpretation of that information. Quoted prices that we find, for any reason, to be inappropriate upon inspection of the actual equipment or task, will require re-negotiation.
