Our Warranty

• Our Warranty applies to all work, including the work of subcontractors.
• Wescan warrants all work it performs for 90 days after the work has been performed.
• Wescan also warrants the work performed by its subcontractors for as long as it is warranted by the subcontractor.
• Wescan's liability is limited to the work it or its subcontractors have performed for you.
• Wescan cannot warrant work where tamper-proof seals have been broken after the piece of equipment is no longer under Wescan's control. Wescan cannot warrant work where there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the piece of equipment.
