Our Services

• Our turnaround for most equipment sent to our base laboratory is five working days from receipt of equipment. We notify you if turnaround times will be significantly different from this.
• We offer on-site mobile laboratory and calibration performed in your own facility - reducing your turnaround time to an absolute minimum. Expediting is available on request.
• Calibration Certificates are normally returned with the equipment.
• We send you, without charge, generally in the first week of each month, reminder notice of equipment coming due for calibration in the following month.
• Pre-scheduling of your calibration - scheduling with us provides you with predictable service times.
• We warrant that all calibrations will meet or exceed your regulatory requirements.
• We will work with you to optimize the performance of your calibration program.
• We offer various management services up to and including taking full responsibility for your calibration program.
• We offer you support during any audits of your calibration program.
• We offer long-term service contracts, to assist your service security.

Sub-Contracting

• We formally approve all Wescan subcontractors as per our ISO/17025 procedures for vendor approval.
• We will notify you of requirement to subcontract, and will obtain your authorization for subcontracts before proceeding.
• We price subcontracted work at subcontractor cost to us plus mark-up, shipping and/or duties. All subcontracted calibrations are paid in advance.
